Publish clear, unambiguous trading rules — no hidden clauses.
Honour all legitimate withdrawal requests within published timelines.
Pay deserving funded traders in full, on time, every time.
Provide responsive, human customer support across multiple channels.
Maintain accurate trade execution and price integrity.
Treat all traders equally — no selective rule enforcement.
Comply with all applicable laws, KYC/AML and financial regulations.
Communicate openly during disputes, with documented evidence.
Practices We Will Not Tolerate
Any firm engaging in the following loses access to PropFirmCRM and Platform 5 — immediately and without refund.
Scamming or misleading traders
Delaying or denying legitimate withdrawals
Refusing to pay deserving funded traders
Poor support or lack of transparency
Hidden rules used to invalidate payouts
Any unethical or predatory behaviour
Our Right to Act
PropFirmCRM reserves the full and unconditional right to investigate, suspend, or permanently terminate any prop firm's access to our platform and Platform 5 accounts if they violate our standards.
No refunds, prorated credits or continued service will be provided to firms terminated for ethical violations. Where appropriate, we will publicly disclose terminations and cooperate fully with regulators and law enforcement.
